Starting as a young dyslexic person in the workforce I faced many unique challenges but found my passion and success in sales.

Through my journey as a Senior Salesman and Team Leader, I could never shake the entrepreneurial urge. This led me to push myself and keep my mind open for every new opportunity. I traveled across half the country working to create a Food Service Equipment Buying Group. Though this ultimately did not take off, there were many valuable lessons learned in the process.

My entrepreneurial spirit coupled with my desire to help my community brought me to my next endeavor: HOPE. I have been very fortunate and had great success with my charitable organization that helps families that are currently struggling with an acute crisis. We have been able to assist over 150  families so far and we hope to continue growing and helping.

It was actually through the channels associated with HOPE that I was introduced to the EOS. After reading TRACTION by Gino Wickman I recognized myself as a Visionary. I found the EOS process so inspiring that I decided to take on the role as an Implementer to help more entrepreneurs reach their maximum potential.
