I began my career as an engineer in the Pulp and Paper Industry, traveling worldwide to install process control equipment. A project in Indonesia, where I integrated the equipment with the mill’s computer network, sparked my passion for technology and led to co-founding an IT services company.
We grew the business organically and through acquisitions, earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 for five consecutive years. As the company expanded, so did its complexity, and we began to stall, missing goals and targets.
Through a peer group, I discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). After speaking with an Implementer, we implemented EOS and got back on track, achieving profitable growth and ultimately exiting successfully at best-in-class multiples.
I stayed on with Private Equity for five years, helping lead five additional acquisitions and multiple departments (Customer Success, Professional Services, Regional Operations).
Today, I’m passionate about helping other business owners achieve their goals using EOS—whether it’s breaking through growth ceilings, creating alignment, or gaining clarity. I’m here to help guide them toward success.
