Frankie’s journey began in retail, working part-time at a local video store. He quickly rose the ranks and was soon leading the charge in opening new locations and leading teams across the Pacific Northwest. Later, he worked with a Canadian sporting goods distributor, where he grew a national team and experienced lots of success building multiple brands. However, his most valuable lesson came after losing 70% of the business and having to lay off his entire team. This led him to the book Traction, and implementing EOS in the business. Two years later, the team was back and the business had grown 7x in revenue.
After a successful stint in the public sector, leading a Canadian brand to 8x revenue growth, Frankie now helps leadership teams achieve success with the EOS framework. He’s passionate about sharing its benefits and is happy to chat with your team about reaching your business’s full potential.
