I founded my first company in my late 20’s, an Advisory firm that helped people achieve financial freedom. A couple of years later, I launched a second business, a paper distribution company, and I wish it started as well as my first company, but that was not the case.
- We lacked accountability in the company.
- We didn’t have the right people.
- And I was wearing all the hats. In my other business, I was managing hundreds of millions in AUM, and here I was driving a truck to deliver the paper.
I searched for answers for many years, and nothing worked until I read the book Traction and decided to implement EOS. Fast forward, we doubled revenue and profit the first year, but most important:
- Everyone owned their roles and responsibilities.
- All my employees lived our values and culture.
- And, I got to run both businesses by only assisting a weekly meeting with each leadership team. I gained control, and now it was not my business running me.
I decided to sell both companies to move to the US for a better future for my kids. Here I founded my third business, a company that empowers entrepreneurs and their leadership team to evolve to change the world one company at a time.
