During my career, I have launched multiple start-ups and have learned and spent enough that I should have earned a doctorate in starting and running a company. Through this process, I’ve experienced some significant failures and tremendous successes. With that experience paired with EOS implementation, I assembled a highly qualified leadership team that transformed our business.  Because of this, I’m passionate about helping other teams gain Vision, Traction, and Healthy in their teams in their companies, breaking through what is holding them back from becoming cohesive teams in great businesses.
