Greg spent the first 10 years of his career in Washington, DC, working as a federal lobbyist and an aide to a US Senator. He worked on many business policy issues, but at some point decided he wanted to work in an actual business. That led him to pursue a MBA and start a 15 year journey in entrepreneurship. He first, led and turned around a small family business, where he doubled the size of the company and achieved business health. He then worked in a private equity portfolio company that went public and, finally, was a co-founder of a nationwide managed services startup. It was in the portfolio company that he first used EOS and fell in love with it. He saw the clarity it brought to the organization and its ability to help leadership teams cut to the heart of the matter. His goal is to help others achieve the growth and transparency EOS offers. He is convinced that the Entrepreneurial Operating System is the way to scale your business so that you can win.
Greg has expertise in Service Operations, Electronic Security, Software as a Service, Information Technology, Education, Non-Profit, and Government.
