Greg Weitzman is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and their leadership teams break through ceilings by helping them clarify their Vision, generate Traction, and get Healthy! Greg had experience in Business Banking, coaching small businesses and midsize companies on their financial strategies, before making the leap to entrepreneurship himself. He has been on the leadership teams for start-up ventures and regional non-profits before co-founding Flexability LLC, a company that offers consultation for workplace culture, talent optimization, and inclusion. Greg has experience with EOS from all perspectives: as an employee in the EOS structure, as part of the Leadership Team, and most recently as an Integrator at his own company.
Outside of helping his clients with EOS implementation and his work with Flexability, Greg enjoys playing piano, coaching his local high school wrestling team, travel, cooking, golf, and scuba diving. He lives in Walnut Creek, California, with his partner, Janelle, and two dogs: Toby and Buddy Lee.
