Over the past 25 years, Gregg has started, bought, ran and sold companies. He’s experienced first hand the highs and lows of running a business. People issues, hitting/missing sales projections, creating and following processes, leading/managing people, making payroll, personally signing on the loans, etc. From near bankruptcy to having several “exit” (sale) events.
At the lowest of lows, in his businesses, Gregg discovered and implemented EOS. Went from 70 hours a week down to 30-35 within a year. Went from putting money into the company to keep afloat to record profit years. And upon successful value creation, through building the people, the processes and the succession plan, was able to sell his businesses.
