At Uriel Pharmacy, a manufacturing anthroposophic pharmacy, as a key member of the Leadership Team operating under the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), I played a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations. From managing vendor relationships to overseeing HR functions and spearheading IT projects, I wore multiple hats with finesse. My meticulous approach, coupled with a dedication to excellence, facilitated seamless operations, while my role as the face of Uriel at various events underscored my commitment to superior customer service and relationship cultivation.
Transitioning from my role at Uriel Pharmacy, I embarked on an exciting career shift as a Virtual Executive Assistant with Efficient Aide, where I have the privilege of working with Wendy Waldron of WaldronWorks, as one of my esteemed clients. I navigate the intricacies of this unique client environment, seamlessly blending precision and proactive support to ensure optimal productivity. My role extends far beyond traditional administrative tasks, encompassing a diverse range of responsibilities that keep the gears turning smoothly.
Inbox Management is where I orchestrate the flow of communication, curating a weekly email digests and executing Calendar Management to streamline operations. I thrive in the realm of CRM administration and management, fostering client relationships and maintaining a finely-tuned system. In addition to my core responsibilities, I actively collaborate with Wendy in assisting her clients both before and after sessions, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any needs or concerns they may have. This hands-on approach allows Wendy to focus wholeheartedly on her clients, knowing that every detail is being meticulously taken care of.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I find solace and rejuvenation in activities such as walking, hiking, and playing pickleball. The tranquility of beach walks serves as a counterbalance to the intensity of my work, and nothing compares to the joy of spending quality time with family and friends. As a devoted mother, my three wonderful children – Morgan, Dominic, and Gabriel – are the heartbeat of my life. Morgan, 30, is happily married to McLean Funk, and they have blessed me with my adorable grandchild, Ford who is 20 months old. We have much excitement with the anticipation for the arrival of their second child due in August 2024.
Dominic, 28, is in a loving relationship with his girlfriend Sydney, and Gabriel, 25, is eagerly preparing for his wedding to his fiancée Taylor in June of 2025.
