Catherine has always wanted to be an entrepreneur. After time in banking and corporate finance, she jumped into the entrepreneurial world, leading a turnaround at a 120-employee manufacturing business, growing a medical staffing business, and improving profits and operations at an electrical contractor.
Catherine found being an entrepreneur was harder than it needed to be. She was often frustrated by the amount of time and effort it took to get her team trained and focused on the right tasks to achieve goals. When she found EOS, she was able to put it to use in her company to drive increased profits, while also improving teamwork, and employee engagement/retention.
In her EOS practice, Catherine is passionate about helping her clients eliminate the chaos, and focus on the most important things to get the business results they want and a more balanced life for themselves and their family. Catherine brings a dedication to “Keep it Simple” to her EOS work with clients.
Catherine lives in Atlanta and implements EOS across the country. She is also the favorite aunt for her three nieces and three great nephews. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
