I grew up in an entrepreneurial family. My dad had a construction company which I joined after graduating from university. I started working my way up in the business but unfortunately, he was crashing down because of the stress and fires he was constantly putting out. I became the General Manager and not a whole lot changed. One night I was lying awake at 2am wondering if we were going to be able to make a $60,000 payroll and it was at that moment I decided enough is enough.. things have to change. I’m not going to continue down this road.
I went out to the world to find answers and discovered EOS. After hiring an Implementer for 2 years and running the company on EOS for another 3, I saw the impact, success, and how much easier it made running the business. My life had become better and I found myself excited to share EOS with others. I decided to pursue this as a profession and transitioned out of my role at the family business. It’s become my passion to work with business owners and leadership teams to help them take control of their business and get more of what they want from it.
