I grew up in an entrepreneurial home where dinner conversations were more likely to revolve around the next business goal than what we were doing that weekend. Needless to say, I still found business intriguing. So after college, I joined the family business. I regularly found myself in leadership positions that I wasn’t qualified to do, but I had the guts to figure it out. And at 28, I found myself the General Manager at a high-end private country club. Feeling the pressure to lead the business and my team well, I read all the leadership & management books hoping to find the secret sauce.
But I was spinning my wheels working 70+ hrs a week, trying to keep the team focused, the members happy, and beat last year’s numbers. In 2019, I read the book Traction, and it was as if all the business concepts I’d read about aligned.
I lead my team through the EOS process and it stuck. The team was bought in, our culture was amazing, and profits more than doubled from 2020 – 2023.
I am a true believer in the difference EOS can make in the lives of entrepreneurs and their teams because I lived it. That’s why I became an EOS Implementer. I can’t wait to see your transformation!
