Jason knows the struggles of a leadership team. He has founded and ran 12 different businesses in his lifetime, with many still active today. Some of those business reached 8 figures in revenue while some were valuable learning experiences. He used EOS in all his businesses as a tool to help drive vision, honesty and accountability.
To give back to the community, while President of Iowa’s Entrepreneurs Organization, Jason founded the EO Iowa Fellowship Program. In that program he helps young startups get their businesses off the ground and makes sure to teach them the EOS process and tools. With the success of that program he started having other business owners approach him about coaching and formally launched is EOS Implementer career.
“One of the keys to EOS is delegation, and that’s what has changed my life. Finding the right people, letting go and empowering them to do their jobs. That allowed me to start coaching, which I have a real passion for. I get so much energy from watching leadership teams succeed. And the experience never fails to educate me.”
