Jason Block grew up in an entrepreneurial household with his first job coming at one of family’s restaurants at 10 years old. After starting his career as an attorney, he realized helping entrepreneurs, people and teams are what drove him. Jason risked the safety of his legal career to lead a start-up with great potential that had hit a ceiling. Over the course of the next six years, Jason grew the company from $4M in sales to over $26M–transforming how the team set and achieved its goals. His next opportunity was leading a national craft brewer with distribution across 30+ states and a hospitality portfolio that included bars, restaurants and hotels. Under Jason’s leadership, the organization thrived through the pandemic–leading it to become the fastest growing craft brewer in the U.S. in 2020. In just over 3.5 years, the business grew from $25M in revenue to over $50M and the team went from 200 employees to over 600. The thrill of putting people and systems in place for success was not without its challenges, but it cemented Jason’s focus on working with founders and entrepreneurs to get what they want out of their businesses.
