Achieving your dreams requires more than hope

As a senior business leader with nearly three decades of experience working with for-profit and nonprofit organizations, I’ve raised hundreds of millions of dollars, overseen mergers and acquisitions, led several strategic planning and implementation processes, and navigated market and business-related crises.

Throughout my career, I’ve pushed organizations to develop growth-oriented cultures by expressing their values in everyday actions that inspire. This transformation often comes from the thoughtful engagement of an outsider who assesses and directs teams to be more effective.

That’s why, as a CEO, I introduced Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), a complete system of simple tools to get everyone on the same page and rowing in the same direction, gain traction by building discipline and accountability, and create a healthy, functional, and cohesive leadership team and company.

And that’s why I’ve become a Professional EOS Implementer. In this role, I combine my deep knowledge of business management with my love for teaching (30 years – 18 in an MBA program). I take great pride and joy in helping organizations align actions to goals.
