The entrepreneurial spirit has always been in my DNA. My grandfather ran a mobile roller rink business across five states on the West Coast, and my father owned a printing shop where I worked for two years. After eight years of military service, I transitioned to corporate America, spending the next twenty years managing large retail distribution and logistics operations nationwide. Seeking a new challenge, I joined a small family-run business that utilized the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Almost immediately, I wondered, “Why isn’t everyone using this system?” We were profitable, achieving our goals, growing, and moving in unison. Soon after, I became a consultant, helping small businesses reach their full potential with EOS tools. Ultimately, I took the leap to become a full-time EOS implementer, dedicated to helping entrepreneurs achieve what they want from their business.
