About Me

Implementer Category: Professional

Jeff Starin is a lifelong serial entrepreneur who scaled one of his businesses to 8 figures in revenue after implementing EOS.

In 2017, a fellow member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization handed him a copy of Traction and it genuinely transformed his life (which sounds like an obnoxious exaggeration for marketing purposes, but it’s completely accurate.)

After implementing EOS with tremendous success, his role at the company evolved.  As he became less involved in the day-to-day, his primary role became that of teacher, coach and mentor.  Jeff discovered that supporting others on their journey is his real passion.

He has been a professional pool player and poker player, hired and led hundreds of employees from front line workers to engineers to key executives, coached EO Accelerators, and has owned several enterprises along his 33 year entrepreneurial journey.

Jeff became an EOS Implementer to help other business owners and their teams achieve the success and freedom EOS has afforded Jeff and his team.
