Growing up with an entrepreneurial mother gave Jenn a front-row view of the challenges and triumphs of the business world. She witnessed her mother’s success and the sacrifices that come with being the captain of one’s own ship.
Years later, Jenn embarked on her own entrepreneurial journey with her husband, owning and operating two restaurants for two decades. They executed on their vision, creating a unique experience for customers and fostering a positive work culture. Despite the trials they faced, including family conflicts, relentless work hours, and constant challenges, they achieved remarkable growth, increasing revenue by 300% and becoming beloved community staples. They eventually sold the businesses profitably in 2014 and 2018.
In the following eight years, Jenn worked in sales and leadership roles across three different organizations. Her undeniable passion for people management and process development, shone as she contributed to team and company growth.
Now, as she works with the proven EOS methodology, she assists entrepreneurs and their leadership teams in navigating and realizing their clear vision for their companies, improving lives in the process.
