Do you ever feel like you’re shouldering too much in your business? You aren’t alone.

I’ve talked to so many leaders — CEOs, owners, organizational leaders — who are shouldering too much. It holds them and their companies back. That’s why I became an EOS Implementer®. 

After founding a successful marketing agency with 17 consecutive years of growth, I faced two major hardships, back-to-back:

  • the loss of our largest client
  • followed by the loss of my teenage son, just a few weeks later

If these challenges had happened before we were running on EOS®, I don’t believe the agency could have survived. But the rest of the leadership team stepped up. They made hard business decisions when I couldn’t, and they saved my company.

Today, the agency is thriving, and I’m passionate about investing the last 20+ years of my career helping leaders like you build world-class organizations.
