With the heart of an entrepreneur since an early age, I set out to be in charge of my own future and forge my own path. I focused my education on accounting and management, earned my CPA certification, and spent my early career working in entrepreneurial, privately-held organizations in operational and financial leadership roles.
Ultimately I realized my dream of entrepreneurship in 2015, founding a consultancy firm that provides fractional CFO services to growing entrepreneurial companies. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with all types of entrepreneurs – everything from bootstrapped founders, to closely-held family organizations, to venture-backed startups seeking to scale quickly.
What I’ve discovered is that many growing organizations lack the critical infrastructure to help them scale. They simply don’t have a framework to organize their ideas, manage their teams, and communicate their vision. Instead, they struggle with communication, lack role definition, mis-manage priorities, and don’t feel empowered to make decisions.
