Joe is an experienced entrepreneur who has founded and run companies for over 20 years. About three and half years ago he was very frustrated with his business and began to realize it was running him and not the other way around. As a result, his company was not growing as fast as it could, and he did not have the free time to spend with his family and to pursue other passions.
Then Joe was introduced to a system called EOS by a close friend and when he implemented that system, his company started to grow. Not just external growth but internal growth as well. They came together as a close team that is open and honest with each other in what is working and not working. Everyone is on board and focused on achieving their vision. He could count on and trust his leaders to get the job done. Because of team EOS helped Joe create he was able to run the company working only 1 day a week.
Today, with a passion for helping leaders learn how to build healthy teams, drive growth, and live a balanced life, Joe uses the EOS Process® and tools, to help them clarify their vision, become more disciplined and accountable, and create healthy and cohesive teams.
