I know what it feels like to aim for the stars and drive toward achieving your dream. Only 1 in 10,000 hockey players make the NHL, and just 1 in 250,000 lift the Stanley Cup. I was honored to do both, playing on the 2007 Anaheim Ducks—one of the greatest teams in NHL history. Hockey taught me how to handle failure, setbacks, and challenges—skills that became invaluable in my business career. It showed me the importance of discipline, resilience, and adapting under pressure.
In business, I was brought in as a Vice President and Executive Director to turn around struggling regions. I built strong leadership teams, created alignment, and transformed cultures to drive growth. Over the past decade, I’ve helped businesses do the same—leading turnarounds, building high-performing teams, and delivering results.
A winning team also needs conflict management. With a background in conflict resolution and experience as a support counselor, I help leadership teams navigate tough conversations, resolve tensions, and create a culture of trust and accountability.
