During Joe’s 24-year business career, he navigated ownership changes from a privately held family owned business to three private equity transactions. He began his career in purchasing, was promoted to sales management and later to operations. His last eight years culminated as the site General Manager for a $40M manufacturing company.
Joe is a self-taught manufacturing expert with an extensive background in Lean and other Continuous Improvement tools. As an executive, he gained first-hand knowledge of the power of EOS® as he used it to develop his senior management team and accomplish their company’s strategic management plan. An example is how they transitioned a declining military sales segment of their business to a growing direct sales channel business from $1.2M annual revenue in 2009 to $13M in 2015.
In 2016 Joe became a Professional EOS Implementer™ and was Certified in 2018. In 2020 he joined the EOS Speaker’s Bureau. At the end of 2021 he became an Expert EOS Implementer. He has since helped over 50 companies implement EOS and continues to pursue his lifelong passion for helping entrepreneurs and their leadership teams become more focused, accountable and healthy.
