Like everyone I jumped into the fire. First, at 18 years old, I managed a warehouse leading a team of 50+ people many of whom were older than me. There I learned to love structure, systems, and processes.
Then, I joined my friend in running a restaurant. Keep in mind that the only experience about a restaurant was eating. But, by creating a healthy, consistent operation, I grew that business by 60% in two years, laying the foundation and they now operate multiple locations.
Since I loved structure and systems, I decided to invest thousands of dollars to create a software app to help business owners create better processes. But that was an expensive lesson I hated sitting in front of a computer instead of rolling up my sleeves and working with people.
So, I cut my losses and starting coaching 1-on-1. I helped them over structure to grow their business. then a client mentioned EOS and shared its impact on their company. I was impressed with the impact EOS was for that company, I noticed that I lack in the tools.
That’s when I decided I could make an even greater impact and became an EOS Implementer and help more and bigger companies get what they want from their business.
