About Me

Implementer Category: Professional

As an EOS Implementer, I do what I love: Help small businesses get focused on developing and executing a shared vision and plan.

I approach each client from a place of curiosity: learning their history, WHY, big goals and obstacles. From this starting point, we use the proven EOS process to strengthen the 6 key components of their business.

I came to EOS after working 30 years in the corporate world. After leading operations and helping teams literally all over the world, I realized that I liked helping teams, but not the bureaucracy so I started my own coaching business. As I worked with my clients, I kept seeing the same issues: no vision, no plan, firefighting, long hours, and people issues. Then I was introduced to EOS and now I use the power of EOS and my years of experience to help my clients to get everything they want from their business and life.
