In 2012, using the EOS tools as an integrator himself, John helped his company define its vision, and develop a healthy cohesive leadership team. As an owner of, and employee in the business, John experienced first-hand the power of the EOS system. After multiple years of negative growth, his company improved net income by 35%. All 250 employees were rowing in the same direction and the vision was becoming a reality.
As a result of his successful experience implementing EOS, John decided that the transformational power of this system would become the focus of the next chapter in his career. Today as an Expert EOS Implementer, John is truly passionate about helping entrepreneurs and their leadership teams overcome their obstacles and achieve success.
When not riding his bike, John spends family time with his wife Stacy, sons Conor and Sean, his dog Garcia, and his granddaughter, Shae Nicole.
