Jon started his entrepreneurial journey in 2008 when he became the co-founder of a home technology company. Like many new business owners, he faced tough challenges in those early years, with little profit and a constant overwhelm.
Everything changed when he and his partner decided to bring on a coach, which would aid in turning their struggling business into a multi-million-dollar company within the coming two years.
Throughout this transformation, Jon discovered a deep passion for helping other business owners succeed. In 2018, feeling called to make a greater impact, he sold his share of the business and transitioned into full-time coaching where he was able to focus on guiding other entrepreneurs toward healthier companies and more fulfilling lives.
Jon then came across Traction by Gino Wickman and connected deeply with the principles of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). It didn’t take long for him to realize that the next right step in his career was to join the community of EOS Implementers.
Jon best serves leaders who are hungry for growth, are willing to be vulnerable, and who want to achieve something truly great in their businesses.
