From teenage snow shoveling and paper routes to leading various ventures, my entrepreneurial journey has been rich with diverse experiences. Founding and running a successful IT professional services company taught me invaluable lessons through its highs, lows, and too many to count sleepless nights. This journey, along with years of tackling management and leadership challenges, paved the way for my role as an EOS Implementer.
Today, I am passionate about helping businesses grow and thrive. My experience as a facilitator, coach, and teacher has equipped me with the skills to guide businesses effectively. However, my true calling became clear when I was asked to implement EOS in a small company. Witnessing firsthand how EOS got everyone aligned and brought clarity to their vision and discipline to their operations was transformative. It was a roadmap to success that I wish I had twenty years earlier in my own businesses.
