About Me

I have two passions that are the driving force behind my work; the first, to help business owners and leadership teams gain clarity and traction on their Vision – getting everything they want from their business – and the second, to help create fulfilling and engaging work places for their teams.  One caveat to that is I only love working with teams that are looking to grow, expand and get better!

Over the past 25 years, I’ve owned or been a partner in 5 businesses – two successful and 3 not so much – but all were great learning opportunities!  In the most recent of those ventures I led an equipment design and manufacturing company that I owned with one of my brothers. In 10 years we grew that business 7X and developed a great team but I was ready for a change.

In 2019 I decide to pivot and begin living my EOS Life® by working with leadership teams fulfilling those two passions; helping leaders become their best while creating great places to work by helping companies implement EOS in their business!

I live just north of Toronto, in Barrie Ontario with my beautiful wife Kristin and our four wonderful young adult kids – loving The EOS life!
