About Me

I was your textbook overachiever: 5-time author, keynote speaker in 50+ countries and serial entrepreneur. Started two companies. Sold one of them. If only EOS had been on my radar back then. Enter COVID. Like so many, it was sink or swim. I pivoted. I reinvented myself. I launched a business talk show that has hosted close to 800 guests to date. I’ve had incredible conversations with the world’s brightest minds about leadership, skills, strategy, resilience, mindset and more. I started teaching at Western Connecticut State University and NYU as an Adjunct Professor in Marketing and Public Relations. I wrote my 6th book called “Forever Changed: How a Global Pandemic Changed my Direction, my Purpose, and my Life.” Then came my aha moment, courtesy of my brother. “You’d make the perfect Implementer” he told me. His business was running on EOS—it transformed everything. He sold it and now lives his EOS life. That’s my goal for you: to help you get what you want from your business – delivering clarity, focus, and freedom. Because if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: reinvention isn’t just for pandemics—it’s for anyone ready to unlock their potential and take the next big leap.
