Growing up, I watched my immigrant parents build an industry-leading manufacturing business, but also listened to daily conversations about people issues, sales, and vendors. Over time, I naturally developed an appreciation for how difficult it was to run a thriving business.

After more than a decade of promoting U.S. economic security internationally, I brought that global experience home to Long Island to run operations for my family business and later joined the leadership team at an aerospace manufacturer.

In all of this, I grew a deep understanding of what creates organizational success as well as the struggles leadership teams commonly face. When I discovered EOS as a framework to enable that success, I realized my most effective teams had been using its timeless principles on gaining traction to achieve their goals.

My mission is to teach these principles to help business leaders identify, communicate, and execute their vision.
