Josh is a collaborative team leader, insightful teacher, and engaging speaker with a passion for helping organizations thrive. He has been working with individuals and teams in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors for more than 20 years – bringing order to chaos and cultivating healthy culture. He draws from a diverse vocational background including teaching, construction, sales, coaching, and management.
As VP of Operations at a manufacturing company, Josh was introduced to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). He was struck by how EOS uses simple, proven tools to bring organizational clarity and to get everyone on the same page. He was so impacted by EOS that he became a full-time EOS Implementer. Josh now focuses his efforts on teaching, facilitating, and coaching leadership teams to get what they want from their businesses.
A native of the Chicagoland area, Josh now resides in North Carolina where he enjoys time with his family and community. He likes building things – is passionate about baseball – and loves a well-told story.
