Hi there! I’m Justin, and I’ve spent the better part of the last decade working with Leadership Teams to help entrepreneurs get what they want out of their business. I’d love to do the same with you, but only if we’re a good fit. Here’s what to expect if we work together.

We’re gonna be honest – I’ll work diligently to create a safe space for honest conversation, and then I’ll be watching for those awkward silences, eye rolls, and slight hesitations before agreement. I will not hesitate to call them out so that we get everything on the table.

No bullsh*t – I’m here to hold you accountable to the things that YOU say you want to achieve. It doesn’t serve either of us to beat around the bush, point fingers, or play the blame game. We’ll talk openly about where we missed the mark, what we learned, and how we’re gonna do better next time.

We’re gonna have fun – our work will be filled with tough conversations, tough decisions, blood, sweat, tears, etc., but everyone needs a breather from the hard stuff, so I’ll weave in humor and fun to lighten things up when needed. I gauge the quality of my jokes by how hard my wife rolls her eyes, so get ready.
