Over the past 25–30 years, I’ve developed a deep respect for small businesses and a genuine belief in the power of the entrepreneurial spirit. Small businesses are where I feel most at home—there’s nowhere else you get to see the impact, drive the change, and make a real difference. Unlike the corporate world, small businesses allow you to be part of every transformation, and that’s truly my happy place.
I’ve experience across multiple industries; primarily in real estate, manufacturing, corporate training, and professional services. Over the years, I’ve owned and operated two businesses of my own and most recently held the General Manager position for a consulting business, holding our leadership team accountable, tackling challenges and striving for continuous growth. Discovering EOS in 2016 was a game changer for our business, bringing clarity, accountability, and a renewed sense of purpose to our team.
