Kevin Taylor has been a life-long entrepreneur. Most recently he was a founder of Texas Security Bank in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, which focuses on empowering owner-managed businesses. His passion for working with entrepreneurial companies flourished here, leading him to sponsor the EO Dallas chapter and discover the book “Traction.” This book introduced him to EOS, which significantly transformed the bank from a $26 million venture to a $1 billion+ asset powerhouse. Kevin’s commitment to EOS didn’t stop at the bank; he became an EOS implementer, advocating for its strategies to clients and prospects.
Outside banking, Kevin and his wife, Nancy, manage a diverse rental property portfolio in the DFW area. Their management approach, augmented by EOS tools, has streamlined operations and aligned their business with long-term objectives.
Dedicated to helping entrepreneurs achieve success using EOS tools, Kevin is focused on guiding others to align on their vision, gain traction, and build healthy, fun-loving teams.
