Working with a wide range of businesses I have observed the same challenges, over and over, across many industries. They were some of the same issues I faced with my first business; the right people, consistent process, hitting the ceiling, margins, and working 7 days a week. I get it and I see it now with our family business.
We found EOS through the book Traction, and with the help of an Implementer we are running on EOS. The results have been amazing, not only in productivity and profitability, but in team health and peace of mind.
