After serving in the Army for five years, I spent 23 years in big business, in operations, HR, and leadership roles at GE, Pfizer, and Procter & Gamble. I caught the entrepreneurial bug when I joined the leadership team of a small manufacturing company, and I figured out how to help SMB leaders with the people, process, and planning lessons I’d learned in corporate America.
In 2015 I started up a leadership advisory firm and became a CEO peer group Chair with Vistage. In working closely with entrepreneurs and leadership teams, I learned about EOS®.
When it comes to both business results and overall quality of life, there’s a clear difference between companies who follow a system and those who don’t. I became an EOS Implementer® because the reason I’m on the planet is to help leadership teams go from good to great — and stay there.
