My entrepreneurial journey started in my mid-20s when I set out with my brother and uncle to build large scale real estate projects in Asia. This was an incredible opportunity where I learned so much about real estate development, finance, and international business. But after 4 years, the travel proved to be too much while I was also raising a young family, so my wife and I decided to open our own business in our home town.
In 2015 we opened our first retail business. By 2022, we scaled the business to a few hundred locations nationwide generating $70 million in system-wide sales. But we had faced a lot of challenges in the business and we were stuck. So I hired an EOS implementer, and through the EOS process, we were able to get the business back on track! When we successfully exited the business, I knew exactly what I wanted to do in my next chapter of my career – help other entrepreneurs go from chaos to clarity through the power of EOS!
