Over the course of my 20-year career, I’ve held roles in sales, marketing, client success, HR, and fundraising. While I found things to appreciate in every position, I knew there was something missing.
In my last role, on the leadership team at a bootstrapped tech startup within the hospitality industry, I spent a lot of time getting to help entrepreneurial leaders and their teams improve their businesses. And I realized I wanted to do even more of that.
As our company grew, it went from agile + innovative, to dysfunctional + stagnant. We hit a ceiling and needed help.
We were introduced to the book Traction and brought on an EOS Implementer. The process began transforming the team, and the business.
We became more aligned, better at communicating, and were able to provide better service to our clients.
EOS was simple, but it worked. And that’s when I knew I wanted to help more entrepreneurs have this same experience.
