I Get It! I have been in your seats and know the challenges you face everyday as a leader in your business. I have managed and coached companies from $2-$65 million in revenue in diverse industries. For the last 15 years I have helped dozens of companies build sustainable, profitable growth through consulting and coaching firms I founded. My prior experience includes 7 years as CEO and 9 years as CFO for manufacturing and distribution companies.

I love teaching, facilitating and coaching leadership teams on their journey to master EOS. I work with leadership teams across the country that are open minded, respectful, growth oriented and are ready to take their business to the next level.
