I’m an entrepreneur, coach, and guide who has walked the path of business ownership—and I know firsthand the challenges of growing and leading a company.

Over the years, I’ve helped 100+ entrepreneurs scale their businesses, overcome obstacles, and achieve real, measurable success. One of my proudest achievements was building a startup from scratch, growing it to 100+ employees. Later, I implemented EOS in another business, leading to a 47% revenue increase beyond our best year. That experience reinforced a core belief: benchmarking against potential—not the past—is the key to unlocking growth.
