Marie has always been driven by her passion for helping others grow and reach their potential – with a background in education, to a career in home care.
She worked her way up the ranks of a home care agency over the years. The company went through some difficult growth spurts and transitional times, with culture and morale reaching an all-time low. There was a light at the end of the tunnel though, when they were introduced to EOS. The company started running on EOS and eventually Marie was leading the organization as the Integrator.
With her own experience running a company on EOS, she knows the power that this system holds – to align your company, to create a culture you’re proud of, and to actually reach your goals. So, when she decided to venture out on her own and start a home care consulting business, using the tools and concepts she learned in EOS was a non-negotiable.
It only made sense for her that the next step in her journey would be as an EOS Implementer.
