After graduating from a maritime college and sailing the world as both a U.S. Navy Officer and a Merchant Mariner, I spent 30+ years in the high-risk maritime industry, honing my niche: critical decision-making skills in emergency situations. Ship collisions, groundings, and emergency responses were my everyday focus.
Like many entrepreneurs, I heeded the call to be my own boss, and started my first entrepreneurial venture ‘on the side’, quickly developing it into a full-time business that eventually became three successful businesses.
In my own three companies, I struggled with continuous growth and never had time to get it all done, despite being profitable. Then I found EOS. Now, my passion is solely focused on helping fellow business owners. My expert facilitation in critical decision-making, along with ability to deploy timeless, proven EOS tools, help business owners increase control of their businesses, while increasing the value of the business.
I grew up in family businesses, I run a family business and appreciate the hard work and passion inside family businesses.
