I came to this place through 15 years of ownership and/or leadership (Engineering and operations) of 4 different entrepreneurial companies. When I left a successful career in big automotive for the smaller more dynamic world of entrepreneurial organizations I instantly felt my passion rise, with each day came the opportunity to do great things with like minded people who just wanted to change the world.
My mission over the past 15 years has been to help organizations grow revenue and reduce costs, delivering more and more value each day. To accomplish this we tried to implement countless variations of lean manufacturing, only to find that tools alone do not create sustainable continuous improvement or organizational excellence.
The epiphany for me was that systemic problems require systemic solutions. Implementing EOS showed me that system, I was sold. The rest as they say, is history.
