In 25 years being an entrepreneur and coach, I worked with many big corporations and small businesses alike. I found myself most excited about helping small/medium businesses. The rush of connecting with others and helping solve problems is where I wanted to be.

I’ve started and run three companies. All three had their wins and their struggles. The wins provided the finances. The struggles provided the lessons.

The biggest struggle I encountered was getting the entire team to row in the same direction. I was obsessed with finding a better way. In my search I found EOS. Every business owner who implemented EOS, said it gave them clarity, focus and most importantly results.

Now I get to bring full circle my passion for business, the lessons I’ve learned and my drive to help entrepreneurs get results.
