It was after a career shakeup, Meryl took a leap of faith and built her own coaching and fractional consulting business. As a coach, Meryl has worked with her clients to build, develop, and nurture strong leadership teams, cultivate a culture of excellence, and establish a robust organizational structure and frameworks that guarantee success across the entire company.
