As a fourth-generation entrepreneur, business is in my blood. I was taught that entrepreneurs are the backbone of our economy, by providing jobs and opportunities. That is why I knew of no better role in this ecosystem than to own and run businesses. I was the owner and operator of a Manufacturing and Construction Company, serving acclaimed companies such as Panda Express and Four Seasons Hotels.

Through this, I learned that ownership is not a panacea. There are sleepless nights; the daily management of cash flow, operations, AR–the issues can be endless.

Introducing EOS was a game-changer. While not a silver bullet, the simplicity and depth of the system allowed my company to be more coherent, functional, and profitable. In fact, the company had increases of 50% in revenue and 75% in EBITDA, which helped lead to its successful sale.

I realized that the coaching I did while I owned my business through EO LA and my alma mater, USC, was my true passion. Thus, I have dedicated my life to helping business owners get what they want from their businesses and lives.
