Mike Yoder helps business owners, and their leadership teams Win – personally and professionally.  As CEO of e4g, a Professional EOS Implementer®, and a Keynote Speaker, Yoder brings more than 25 years of business leadership experience to his clients.

Growing up in Indiana, surrounded by agricultural and industrial entrepreneurs, soon after getting his Engineering degree from Purdue, his entrepreneurial journey began.  Along the way, he played key roles in 5 startups and held leadership positions in three mature companies ($50m-$500m revenue).

His breadth of experience includes non-profits, manufacturing, construction, commercial real estate, custom fabrication, and retail/service – equipment dealership.  Yoder knows “sweat equity”, experiencing success and failure, and can relate to many of the challenges business owners and leadership teams face.

Discovering the simplicity and power of EOS® was a game-changer for Yoder.  Leading him to focus 100% of his time, resources, and expertise on helping Leadership Teams implement the operating system into their organizations.  He is fanatical about helping entrepreneurs to realize their vision and live their “ideal life”!
