I was introduced to EOS back in 2016 after 8 years of owning and operating my landscaping and construction company. I can recall several sleepless nights, waking up at 3a racking my brain as to why we continued to lose money, attract the wrong people and have unhappy customers. After reading the book traction and hiring a professional EOS implementer this all changed.
Not only were we able to turn the business around in a couple of short years, I was more fulfilled as a business owner, increased the time I was able to spend with my family and employees were more engaged as a result of knowing the vision.
Since this time, I started two more companies, The 1530 (events venue w/commercial kitchen) and Rising Grinds Cafe (Cafe and Catering Company) both running on EOS and experiencing success.
After experiencing such success with EOS in three different companies I decided it was time to share this gold mine with the rest of my business community to not only transform business, but transform lives and make lasting impact in the world. I understand the pain entrepreneurs go through and my deep desire is to give them hope and show them a better way.
