My entrepreneurial journey began over 10 years ago when, taking the leap our of running other people’s kitchens, I started a restaurant of my own. Within a year and a half the success of one became two and I was running around with my head on fire. In my attempt to get a handle on the chaos I tried everything. Ultimately, nothing really landed and my burnout lead to me selling the larger restaurant at the beginning of 2020.
Then COVID hit and it re-ignited my passion as I was faced with a whole new set of challenges to keep the second restaurant alive. The hard work paid off and I grew that business over 80% in three years. Still, many of the the same problems and issues that originally burned me out started to cropped up again and, ultimately, I couldn’t sustain my passion for it any longer which lead to another sale.
After, while working with a local company, I was introduced to the EOS model and participated in the powerful shift that it made within that company. Using these tools first hand, I saw how they can be transformative within any business and I set out as my mission to help business owners get everything they want out of their businesses.
